In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the gd444 website accessible at gd444.ws, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and account management features available thereon.
• "gd444", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the gd444 platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to an Account by gd444.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services of the nature offered by gd444 is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to User Accounts.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used as reference for all time-sensitive terms and conditions on the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any feature of the Platform. gd444 operates a strict minimum age policy. By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that you are aged 21 or above. gd444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including government-issued photo identification such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

3.2 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If gd444 detects that a User holds more than one Account, all duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, and any balances held within those accounts — including winnings — may be forfeited. Users who inadvertently create a second Account must contact support immediately to resolve the duplication.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

gd444 does not knowingly permit Account registration from users located in Prohibited Territories. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or at any subsequent time when accessing the Platform. gd444 reserves the right to geo-block access from certain territories at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. gd444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

You must notify gd444 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected breach of security. gd444 may suspend your Account as a precautionary measure pending investigation of any reported security incident.

gd444 employs SSL encryption across all Platform connections, including the login interface, payment gateway, and in-game communications. However, you acknowledge that no method of internet transmission is completely secure and that gd444 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Platform.

Session-based authentication with automatic timeout is applied to all Accounts. You are advised to log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

gd444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions must be conducted through payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the banking section of the Platform and are subject to change. All amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Specific limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. gd444 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly and within the timeframes stated in the banking section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, the amount requested, and the outcome of any applicable security review. gd444 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where KYC verification is incomplete.

5.4 Currency

The primary transactional currency on the Platform is Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and wagering limits are displayed in BDT unless otherwise stated. gd444 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be levied by your payment provider.

From time to time, gd444 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution weightings, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods.

Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are not withdrawable unless and until any applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any real-money winnings generated from Bonus Funds before the Wagering Requirement is met will remain subject to that requirement.

gd444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

Promotional offers may be time-limited and tied to specific events such as BPL cricket season, IPL, the T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. Eligibility for specific promotions may be restricted to Account holders who meet defined criteria, such as minimum deposit history or account verification status.

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet before confirmation, including the selection, stake amount, and odds. gd444 will not be liable for any errors made by the User during the bet placement process.

7.2 Void Bets

gd444 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, manifest pricing error, or data feed failure. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance. A bet may also be voided where it is placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets and game types on the Platform. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or within the game interface and are subject to change at gd444's discretion. gd444 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where it has reasonable grounds to do so.

7.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on the Platform are provided by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Habanero, Ezugi, and Microgaming. The rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payout structures for each game are governed by the respective software provider. Any malfunction in a game voids all plays and stakes for that round. Results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems.

7.5 Live Sports Betting

In-play and live betting markets are offered on selected sports events. Live odds are subject to change at any moment. gd444 reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time during an event, including as a precautionary measure in response to unusual betting patterns. Bets placed after the relevant in-play event has concluded will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false age declarations.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other users or gd444.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies to place bets that gd444 would not have offered under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to conceal the source or movement of funds.
• Colluding with other players or external parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Reverse engineering, copying, modifying, or distributing any element of the Platform's software, content, or intellectual property.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's backend systems, databases, or administrative interfaces.
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward gd444 staff or other Platform users.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by gd444, including advertising, affiliate activity without a signed agreement, or data scraping.

gd444 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its users. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and must not be used as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders and can be activated through the account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount that can be deposited into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a defined period of active play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or software constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe gd444's intellectual property rights, giving rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gd444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

gd444 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and events outside gd444's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features thereon.

gd444's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law, not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gd444's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.

gd444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account has been used to engage in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• The Account holder has failed to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• The Account has been inactive for a period in excess of 12 consecutive months.
• The continued operation of the Account poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to gd444.

Where an Account is closed by gd444 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Account holder via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the gd444 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of the Account holder's identity.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, a specific bet or game outcome, a transaction, or any other matter relating to your Account, you should contact gd444 support in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with full details of your complaint.

gd444 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within a reasonable timeframe and will endeavour to investigate and respond substantively within 14 business days of receipt. Where an investigation requires additional time, gd444 will notify you of the revised resolution timeframe.

All disputes relating to game outcomes are subject to the records maintained by gd444's server-side systems, which shall be the definitive record in the event of any discrepancy between the server record and the display rendered on the User's device.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gd444 is incorporated and licensed to operate as an offshore gaming platform.

Nothing in this clause shall limit gd444's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it considers such relief necessary to protect its interests or to enforce its intellectual property rights.

gd444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page and will display an updated effective date at the top. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — gd444 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Account holders in advance of the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
